We want to give each of our patients our undivided attention and also allow ample time to address your concerns.  Therefore, we ask that you call us at 972-335-1600 to schedule an appointment or arrange to drop off your pet if you cannot be present for the appointment.

Because medical emergencies do sometimes occur, we may have to interrupt our normal schedule to tend to a critical patient.  We will notify you of the disruption as soon as we are able so that you have the option to reschedule if you prefer.

We ask that you pay for services at the time they are provided.  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks.
